The Solomon Colors VariColor^® Spray System is an alternative method for producing multicolored masonry units. The system sprays moving material with specially formulated ColorFlo® liquid color to produce natural looking concrete products. The material can be sprayed directly onto the base material (“mud”) while it is conveyed on a belt as it is moved to the block machine. The pigment is integrated into the units as they are compacted. Colors and pattern can be modified from product to product.
